Delete Your Account

You can delete your Quant GT account in any of these ways. Each one deletes the same account.

• In the QuantGT app: open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account, then confirm.
• On the web: sign in and go to Settings, then choose Delete account and confirm.
• By email: if you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.

A subscription bought on quantgt.io is cancelled automatically when you delete your account, and billing stops.

A subscription bought through the Apple App Store can only be cancelled by you, in your device’s Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting your account ends your access but does not stop Apple’s billing, so cancel it there as well.

When your account is deleted, we immediately and permanently delete:

• Your profile: name, email address, and password
• Your Google or Apple sign-in link (Apple sign-in is also revoked with Apple)
• Your subscription record, referral code, and group memberships
• Your notification and email preferences, and registered devices
• Your sign-in sessions on every device

Some records are kept after deletion. They are no longer linked to an account:

• Email delivery records: the email address each of our emails was sent to, the type of email, and when. Kept as a record of what we sent.
• Access and security logs: the email address, IP address, and browser or device type recorded when subscriber content was requested. Kept for security and fraud prevention.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, with device and browser type. These contain no name, email address, or IP address.
• Payment records: invoices and transactions held by our payment processor, Stripe, as required by tax and financial law.
